What better way to improve a neighborhood than by scooping up an older home that's been neglected and turning it into something fabulous! We've seen a lot, and I mean A LOT of real estate properties around the SoCal area, and so many of them have all the same, standard "blah", nondescript finishes and fixtures - even though they are marketed as "all brand new" - you just want to rip it all out and start over. It really doesn't have to be that way, and this home is a great example of how to do it different, with a designer's eye, and without killing the budget...a win for everybody!
